MBA Grand Challenge 2009 on Kairali TV
The 21st century is witnessing the rapid growth of India as a global economic powerhouse. Within the next couple of decades India is poised to become the third largest economy in the world. This is creating a great need for talented managers to build and manage businesses. The small state of Kerala though not well known as either an industrial base or a higher education destination is contributing with over 50 educational institutions having MBA/PGDM programs.
How do we learn more about these institutions?
How do we encourage them and their students?
An important objectives of this program is to highlight the MBA institutions in Kerela as well as provide visibility to its students. One of the important skills an future business leader needs to have is to understand a complex situation/problem, evaluate the options impartially, come up with a view point and then articulate it well to convince others. That is what this competition will bring out.
Organized as a weekly, 30-minute competition, The MBA Grand Challenge 2009 will bring teams from the best MBA Institutions in Kerala to compete through lively group discussions based on well known books in business/ science/ technology/ economics.
